Plastic Injection Molding Machines –

45 Ton to 450 Ton – including vertical injection molding machines for insert molding/ over molding products
This additional machinery along with our existing setup allows us to manufacture plastic injection molded parts ranging from 0.5 grams to 1.0 kilogram
Pad Printing Machines – inhouse capability to do pad printing on plastic products up to 150 mm art size.

Flexible Wire & Cable Extrusion Line –

A fully equipped extruder section to produce high quality PVC insulated flexible wires ranging from 0.2 sq mm to 6 sq mm

BIS IS-694 for Wires & Cables
BIS IS-1293 for Power Cords
We also manufacture multi-core cables and PVC Sleeves.

Laboratory – State-of-the-art testing facility as per the current BIS norms, IS-694 for Wires & Cables and IS-1293 for Power Cords
